About the role:

Account Executive
Salary: up to £60,000 x 2
Location: London (hybrid)

Our client believes CX is at the forefront for customer-centric businesses, and a digital & customer first approach is critical to reputations, loyalty & revenues. They offer a cloud software which challenges traditional omnichannel CX & propels contact centres into the modern age.

Role

Build pipeline & drive revenue within your assigned region
Leverage your hunter mentality to prospect through networking, cold calling and through other forms of outreach
Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas
Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Maintain account and opportunity forecasting within Salesforce
Work closely with the channel team to build relationships and drive funnel

Requirements

Experience in a new business SaaS sales role
Comfortable working independently & in a team in a fast paced environment
Experience selling at the C-level & a track record of sales excellence
A proven sales hunter and closer
Superior professional presence and business acumen
Familiar with channel and direct selling models
Knowledge of contact centre space will be an advantage
Willingness to travel when required
