About the role:

Corporate Account Manager
Location: London/Oslo/Germany
Salary: up to £60,000 + 50%

Our SaaS client offers a powerful and reliable experience & research platform which helps enterprises make decisions based on real actionable data, in an industry valued at over $80bn.

Role

Manage accounts that generate 6-figures each & establish relationships at multiple levels to achieve outcomes
Work with C-level to establish & achieve their business goals & challenges, & evangelise how these goals are achieved using the platform
Your goal will be to achieve double-digit growth per year as well as SaaS renewals and expansion
Develop & demonstrate ROI cases working with clients and internal specialists
Identify risks & mitigation strategies to avoid business disruption or delays
Facilitate and promote collaboration between customers, partners, and us

Requirements

Fluency in Norwegian & English (spoken & written)
3+ yrs relevant experience building & growing customer ecosystems, reducing churn & growing revenue
Experience managing accounts generating $100k-$1m+ per year
Proven experience in account planning 
Executive level communication & interpersonal skills
Ability to focus on business outcomes delivered by technical solutions
Can be based in London, Oslo or Germany & willingness to travel
