Salary: up to $120,000 + OTE
Location: New York (hybrid)

Role
Work against a quota to manage, renew and grow a portfolio of accounts
Develop a comprehensive understanding of your clients’ challenges, evaluate their growth needs & propose suitable solutions
Run business reviews & deliver satisfaction to customers
Develop trusted advisor status with key accounts & stakeholders
Communicate progress of initiatives to internal & external stakeholders
Forecast & track key account metrics
Manage pipeline and prepare reports on account status, assess account health
Requirements
2-4 years experience in a client-facing target-driven AM/CS/Client Relationship role (retail sector experience preferable)
A track record of achieving quarterly sales targets
Ability to drive value & experience working on ROI methodology
You enjoy being in front of clients & are people orientated by nature
Resourceful attitude with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Adaptable, creative & execution focused
A positive can-do attitude and ability to motivate others
Commutable to NYC (hybrid working)
