About the role:

Channel/Partner Manager
Salary: up to £144,000 + OTE
Location: London (hybrid)

Role

Generate revenue by recruiting, developing, and managing channel partners to drive net new customer opportunities
Coordinate the involvement of colleagues to meet partner performance objectives and partners’  expectations
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
Lead joint partner planning processes that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and associated milestones 
Assess, clarify, and validate partner needs on an ongoing basis
Ensure partner compliance and drive adoption of company programs

Requirements:

Telecommunication industry experience with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Channel Partner Management and/or Sales Management
Intermediate to advanced use of Salesforce.com
The drive & motivation for sales and prospecting via channel partners to drive lead generation
Ability to prioritize & handle multiple tasks as well as excellent organisation skills
Superior attention to detail, with excellent presentation & communication skills,
The ability to exercise assertiveness to influence others so as to create desired sales results
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, occasionally on short notice
