About the role:

Customer Success Manager
Location: London (hybrid)
Salary: up to £50,000 + OTE

Our SaaS client offers a brilliant marketing platform which helps brands connect with their buyers in real-time. Their solutions allow businesses to track shopping journeys, & provide valuable data & reporting on campaigns = Win more customers!

Role

Responsible for retaining & expanding client accounts & relationships
Build champions within your book of business, including a mix of commercial & enterprise accounts
Client onboarding, regular client meetings, QBRs and informal catch-ups
Review & interpret data, & make recommendations for improvements
Customer account success planning & creation
Understand clients’ business objectives & identify opportunities for expansion
Mitigate risks & ensure renewals are completed timeously

Requirements

Experience in a commercial customer success role in SaaS
Preference is for some exposure to enterprise level accounts
Experience closing renewals as well as upsells, with solid negotiation skills
Ability to challenge clients at C-Level
Energy, confidence & coachability
If you have worked in martech, this will be advantageous
