Job Description
Customer Success Manager/Implementations
Location: Remote
Salary: up to £60,000 + benefits
Our SaaS client offers an AI-powered workforce management platform, which helps enterprises with shift-based staffing models to reduce admin, predict staffing requirements, save on labour spend & promote efficiency.
Role
Take responsibility for specific accounts & projects, building the solution for new customers
Implement & rollout solution across customer locations (enterprise, complex)
Engage early to identify business challenges to solve, anticipate needs & ensure they receive the right set-up
Project manage implementations in an organised & effective manner
Onboard & train new customers, working closely with project teams to ensure correct setup
Develop strong product knowledge, keeping updated with new features & releases
Build relationships with key stakeholders in new & existing accounts
Work with sales to create a project plan for new customers, trials, or existing projects
Write & own customer success plans, to serve as a ref point for QBRs
Investigate issues which cannot be resolved by 1st-line support
Analyse customers’ usage, to demo quantifiable benefits
Requirements
2yrs+ in WFM/HR tech SaaS implementations & project management
Tech savvy & confident with technical conversations
Empathetic nature & ability to understand customer needs & requirements
A desire to solve problems with an analytical approach
Self-motivated with an ability get work done in a timely & professional manner
Strong communication skills in a variety of settings with customers & executives
Ability to train individuals & teams with varying technical ability in person or remotely
UK based, willing to travel to London as & when required
