Product Marketing & Content Lead
Salary: up to £80,000 + benefits
Location: Remote/Hybrid (UK)

Role

Take charge of product marketing that turns market insights into deliverables that drive NB growth
Oversee content marketing to ensure a consistent, relevant story is told throughout the buyer journey
A hands-on role collaborating with product & commercial to execute your plan, incl. conducting win-loss interviews, staying abreast of competitors & analyst trends, and creating sales enablement
Develop, own, execute & improve PM strategy as well as improving processes, competitor intelligence, win-loss analysis, and product marketing KPIs
Share insights & make recommendations to product & commercial teams that enable informed decisions
Update, maintain & create value propositions & messaging across geo’s, for several buyer and user personas

Requirements

5 years+ B2B product marketing experience, predominantly enterprise level with long sales cycles, complex DMUs, and 6-figure+ deals
You can demonstrate success building/scaling an immature PM function & have experience focused on NB growth, rather than customer retention/upsell
Ability to transform technical features & concepts into product positioning, & positioning into content plans and/or messaging frameworks
Collaborative & adaptable nature, with colleagues, target audiences & industry experts + an effective influencer
Self-motivated, acting with urgency, passionate about high quality work, but prioritising delivery over perfection
