About the role:

Regional Director
Location: London
Salary: up to £145,000 x 2

Our client offers a brilliant cloud-based database for modern infrastructure, enabling working with data to be easier & more efficient than ever.


Leading a highly talented enterprise sales team, concentrating on formulating & executing a sales strategy within assigned territories
The goal is revenue growth & new customer acquisition.
Create an in-depth understanding of the products to confidently provide mentorship
Enable, develop & empower your team to proactively prospect, identify, qualify, & build sales pipeline
Coach the team to close business & navigate complex negotiations
Evangelize MEDDIC & drive adoption & expertise within your team
Actively recruit AEs, according to the hiring criteria
Onboard & ramp new AEs & accelerate their productive capacity
Foster strong & effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities
Run weekly forecast meetings
Scale, strategically plan, and develop sales territories


Experience recruiting & managing a highly successful & talented direct software sales team while driving them towards success
5+ years field experience of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on closing net new logos  
Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and run a complex sales process 
A proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology
Skilled in building business champions
Driven and competitive. Possess a strong desire to be successful
Fluent in English 
Must live in territory (UK area)
