Sales Engineer (Pre-Sales)
Salary: up to £113,000 + OTE
Location: London (hybrid)

Role

Own pre-sales technical support of prospects from initial contact through product demonstration and close
Work with Account Executives to acquire, grow and expand Medium & Large Enterprise accounts by addressing technical challenges
Engage with prospect stakeholders to drive solutions to complex technical or business workflow challenges
Assist AEs to thoroughly respond to RFP requests
Provide feedback internally to drive platform and workflow improvements
Coordinate and collaborate with support and implementation teams to ensure the long term success of the client
Continuously develop your knowledge of the product, industry, and sales process

Requirements

3 years+ experience in enterprise-level pre-sales in CCaaS or contact centre
Technically astute, ideally with exposure to Google Cloud/AWS/Azure
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present in a value-based style to C-level audiences
An entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, resourceful & accountable
Highly organised and strategically minded
Willingness to travel
