Our client is a fast-growing software testing organisation providing a variety of functional testing services to businesses around the world.

Role

Leading a team in identifying, qualifying & booking meetings for the sales team that lead to closed wins
Leading, motivating, supporting & contributing to the success of the SDR team Own the recruitment process for your team
Optimising SDR process, utilising the tech stack (LinkedIn SN, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Cognism, HubSpot)
Refine the sales pitch and sequences to achieve optimum results
Manage lead flow & track efficiency of sales and marketing campaigns

Requirements

Experience leading a business development team in tech/SaaS
Positive, passionate, enthusiastic, motivated, professional and fun
Highly adaptable, assertive, and operating with integrity
Innovative and can bring creative approaches to motivate the team
The drive & confidence to cold call prospects, and resilience to handle rejection
Data-driven with the ability to constantly review and optimise SDR processes
Results-oriented, tenacious and accountable for your team outcome
Comfortable with high-activity call and email prospecting
Organised, with the ability to prioritise, and manage time effectively
Great telephone skills and techniques to open conversations and opportunities
A high aptitude for problem solving and thinking quickly on your feet
