Job Description
Strategic Account Manager
Salary: up to £75,000 x 2
Location: remote
Our client offers a brilliant voice-of-the-customer platform, enabling account feedback to be captured and distributed in real time. Customer ROI includes enhancing retention rates, improving NPS & gaining millions in referral revenue.
Role
You will use your commercial experience to look after a book of business, with a primary goal of growth
This will involve hunting for & identifying opportunities for expansion across client accounts
Requirements
Relevant SaaS experience in either a new business or account manager role
Experience of achieving against a 6-7 figure target
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal & written
Adaptability & agility to thrive in a start/scale up tech environment
